Zone 3 confirms 2017 competition calendar

Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, January 19, 2017- CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani attended Zone 3 meeting held in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire to discuss the zonal activities in 2017.


 The meeting was attended by Zone 3 president MrSanga Kone, Mr Badr Issouf (Vice-President of the CAVB), Mrs NAH AMINATA Fofana (Member of the Executive Committee of the CAVB), Mr Atchoe Paul (Vice-President of Zone 3), Mr Yaro Ali (Secretary General of the Zone3), Mr Morakinyo Ebenezer Representative Mr GUMEL HABU, Member of the Executive Committee of the CAVB) and Executive Director Mrs Howyda Mondy


 The program of activities for the year 2017 (05 major competitions planned), the new development policy of the CAVB constituted the main topics addressed during this meeting. President Elwani took the opportunity to congratulate the federations of zone 3 and encourage the board of this zone for the projects in progress.


 The 2017 programme stats in February by Zonal Qualifiers for U21 World Championship and ends by the Continental tours for Beach Volleyball which is going to start in 2017.


The President and the Executive Director of the CAVB were also received by the Minister Alain EKRA at the headquarters of the National Olympic Committee of Côte d'Ivoire.
