African Dream Project Signs in Banjul- Gambian Capital

Banjul, Gambia, February 14, 2017- The African Dream Project is growing with pace in the Gambia following its introduction in 2014. In the Gambian capital Banjul, participants were introduced to the basic drills on volleyball 3 days in a week.


The center coach and coordinator had prepared a jam packed working schedule that had keep the kids more busy throughout the weekend. Digging, setting, serving and others drills were routinely conducted by the coaches. Every training session is preceded by a breakfast as more than 50 kids lineup to get training in volleyball.


After two years of training at the African Dream Project Center in Banjul, the center had today produced a star- studded national championship team under the Police force that went on to win the Gambian cup this year. 


Not only in Banjul, all other centers across the Gambia are carrying weekly training across and today the level of participation had increase rapidly throughout the Gambia.
