Semifinalists confirmed at 2017 CAVB U21 Beach Cup

2017 CAVB U21 beach Cup
 
 Cairo, Egypt, April 2, 2017- Morocco and Egypt Beach VB U21 teams qualified to the semifinal of the 2017 CAVB U21 Beach Cup held in 6 October Club in Cairo, Egypt, which Mozambiquie and Congo RD booked semis vacancies from Men's Pool B.
 
  In Women U21 category Egypt and Nigeria clinched semifinal tickets in Pool A, while Mozambique and South Africa made it in Pool B.
 
 In Men's competition Pool A featured a tough competition as Morocco, Egypt and Nigeria were level in 2 victories against one defeat to play another break ranking which ended the same level between the the three teams as the point ratio ranked them as leaders from Morocco and runner up for Egypt while Nigeria finished third.
 
In Pool B it was easy for Mozambique and RD Congo to make it to the semis through finishing in the top two places.
 
 The top 5 teams in each category will book their tickets to the World Cup finals
