CAVB High Performance Seminar programme announced

Cairo, Egypt, May 9, 2017- The CAVB Technical Department declared the programme of the 4th CAVB Coaches' High Performance Seminar Due to start May 11th, 2017 at Wadi Degla Club in Cairo, Egypt.

 

 After the opening ceremony on Thursday May 11, the first theoretical session starts under the title of "Modern Volleyball" followed by a session of the "Impact of coaching".

 

 The second day begins with a lecture titled "Good technique, the key to a good Games" then a session about the "setting and attacks" followed by "Warming Up with the balls" and "Ball control". The second day will be concluded by a practical session about "service and reception".

 

 In the third day there will be sessions about "block and defence" followed by "Organising the reception system and the defence system" and then there will be practical sessions for "setting and attacks" followed by "block and defence".

 

 The seminar will be concluded in the fourth day with "Ball control" practical session and "Get the success in side out and break point". The day will be closed by "Organising block system" practical session and "play fast versus play High ball session"

 

 The sessions will be instructed by Mr Percy Oncken from Brazil and Mr Sherif El Shemerly from Egypt.
