Cameroon trounce Senegal to book the final Women

Yaoundé, Cameroon, October 13, 2017- Cameroon booked the second final ticket after they overcame Senegal in straight sets (25-19, 25-20, 27-25) in front of full house of excited spectators the semifinal of the 2017 Women's African Nations Championship at Palais des Sports Hall in Yaoundé, Cameroon on Friday.

 

 Moma Bassoko sent as usal her razor sharp hits from all the net positions baside the backline to finish as match scorer with 20 points, while Fatou Diouck led the losers with 20 points.

 

 The 84 minutes match showed a lot of thrills specially in the third set when the Cameroonian team saved 3 set points to gain the match in straight sets with their strong defence, which made the real difference between the competing teams.
