Tunisia outclass Egypt for Men's U21 African title

2018 Men's U21 African Nations Championship- Final

 

 

 Abuja, Nigeria, September 19, 2018- Tunisia took on Egypt 3-1 (16-25, 25-10, 25-23, 25-22) in the 2018 Men's U21 African Nations Championship's final in Abuja, Nigeria on Wednesday to clinch their tenth title in this age category.

 

 Morocco won the bronze medal after they cruised past struggling Rwanda 3-1 (25-14, 27-29, 25-16, 31-29) in the third place match. 

 

 After the match CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani accompanied by CAVB Vice- President and NOC President Habu Gumel honoured the winners Tunisia with the cup and gold medals.

 

 Tunisia maintained their record in this competition with 10 titles ahead of Egypt (4), Algeria (3) and Morocco (1)

Bronze medal: Morocco v Rwanda 3-1 (25-14, 27-29, 25-16, 31-29)
