A record of 27 teams participate in Zone 6 Club Champs

Gaborone, Botswana, December 16, 2013- A record 27 clubs are now taking part in the 2013 Zone VI Club championships which got underway, in Gaborone, Botswana and continue till December 21, 2013. Eleven women teams will play at the magnificent Lobatse indoor court, while 16 men's teams will play at Otse's Police Indoor Hall making a historic participation in this zonal tournament.


 The draw was conducted under the supervision of Zone VI executive members Dr. William Nhlapo (President), Fredreck Ndlovu (Secretary General) and Jappie Mhango (Treasurer). They were ably supported by the Mr. Daniel Molaodi ( Botswana President) and George ( Botswana Vice President) and other BVF executive members.


In their remarks at the draw conducted at Lobatse Indoor court, both the Zone VI President and Botswana President expressed their gratitude at the large turn out of the teams and expressed the need to have an event of the highest level.
