Tunis, Tunisia, March 19, 2017- Libya's Ahly Beni Ghazi suffered a long Marathon of 128 minutes to take over  Bafia (Cameron) 3-2 (25-27, 25-18, 25-21, 32-34, 15-9) in Pool A of Men's African Club Championship held here at Taraji Hall in Tunis, Tunisia on Sunday.


 Ahly Beni ghazi set their first win to improve their win- loss ratio to 1-1, while Bafia dropped to 0-2.


 Ahmed Alsaghir led the Libyan team in the crucial time of the winning set and played a great role in the victory. He also came as match scorer with 19 points, while Herve Kofane came as the best scorer form the loser side with 18 points.


 Ahly Beni Ghazi started ahead in the first set and led continuously until they were 23-20 when Bafia played their best to win the set 27-25.


 The Libyan team returned back to their rhythm to win 2 consecutive sets and lead 2-1. The fourth set was the most exciting part of the match as Bafia won the longest set in the competition so far 34-32 to extend the match to tiebreak which again showed the more expereinced Libyan players putting their efforts to win 15-9.
