 Congo's Espoir beat Burkina's Douanes 3-1 (29-27, 25-23, 16-25, 26-24) in the play off 13 to 16 places at the 2017 Men's African Club championship in Ben Arous Hall in Tunis, Tunisia on Friday.

 

 Espoir qualified to play for the 13 and 14 places against Finance of Benin, While the loser Douanes play for the 15 and 16 positions against Police of Benin.

 

 Kambale Kitoko led Espoir scorers with 15 points, while Aziz Dera led Douanes scorers with impressive 30 points.

 

 Espoir led 2-0 where the their performance dropped allowing the fighting Douanes to win the third set and lead with an average of 4 points in the fourth set before they felt the danger and fought aggressively to win the set 26-24 and the match 3-1.
