Prisons celebrate the tough victory- by Attia

 Tunis, Tunisia, March 26, 2017- Kenya Prisons regained their rhythm is the suitable time to cruise past Cameroon's FAP in a five set Marathon 3-2 (25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 23-25, 15-13) in 2 hours of thrilling actions.

 

 The victory qualified Prisons to play for the 5 and 6 places, wghile the losers FAP play for the 7 and 8 positions.

 

Opposite Ibrahim Odindo topped the Kenyan team scorers with 27 points, followed by the outside hitter Jairus Kipkosgei 21 points. Sime Julliard led FAP scorers with 17 points.

 

 Prisons started the match in their best performance to win two consecutive sets. when FAP sruggled aggressively to win two consecutive sets and extend the match to tiebreak.

 

 In the tiebreak Prisons regained their attacking rhythm and led from the start till 8-4 iin the court turn and continued despite FAP struggle to win 15-13.
