Monastir, Tunisia, April 14, 2017- GSP came from a set down to outclass Injis of Cameroon 3-1 (17-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-23) in play off 5 to 8 position at Women's African club Championship at Mizali Hall in Monastir, Tunisia on Friday.
INJS were in a dominant fashion in the first set. The spikes well and block well for a quite number or time and they were able to led by 12-8 in the opening stages. They win the set 25-17.
Sonatrach came back strong, fighting on high not and control the set throughout. Their attackers and blockers were all on top stopping INJS from getting points, though it was closed, GSP won 25-22.
The 3rd set was more of points sharing. Both sides dominated with kills and saves. GSP were doing more recovering that INJS and they get the set 25-21.
Still the game was alive with INJS coming out stronger. They score first and took the lead, but that those not moved the GSP side looking for win. Coaches implied all advices still the two were logged. At 22all, you can here the crowd shooting in GSP favour and they won the 4th set 25-23.
