Algeria celebrate the win against Nigeria

Yaoundé, Cameroon, October 13, 2017- Algeria used their big gum, the outside hitter Yasmine Abderrahim to hammer Nigeria 3-1 (25-13, 25-11, 22-25, 25-20) in the play off 5 to 8 positions of the 2017 Women's African Nations Championship at Palais des Sports Hall in Yaoundé, Cameroon on Friday.


 The efficient hitter fought very well and succeeded to lead her team and match scorers with 21 points, while Nigeria's Mercy Promise led the losers with 11 points.


 Now Algeria qualified to play for the 5th position against the winner of the other match Tunisia v Botswana, while Nigeria meet the losers for the 7th and 8th position.
